I like the png with the transparent background behind the guy. I think there is too much space between the word strike and source. Also I think the transparency of the reflection for the text could be brought down a little. Just personal prefs though I guess. All around I think it's nice 7/10

The iris looks like it isn't the right shape and is overlapping the eyelid it looks like. Not sure if I personally like the pixilation of the sig as to me it looks not finished vs. the way it should be.
