Is there any kind of tool where you can put in troops on both sides and simulate the battle outcome? I've just started the game and testing with raiding the barbarian village and I don't have a clue what kind of troops I need. Alternatively is there any kind of guide to defeating the barb villages at certain levels?
Any combat simulator?

Thank you. I saw that wiki page and I don't know if I'm just not understanding it,but how can I tell what troops I need to defeat it at each level? All I'm see on that wiki page is what the camp has, and I can see that from the Island screen.

Thank you. I had already seen that troop calculator but as far as I can tell its just for player units and not the barbarian ones. I don't know if the barbarian units have a player equivalent?

I am afraid , they do not really explain it that way , they just say you can beat the barbarian village with 2 spearmen at first level, so 2 beat one of their front line (i am just assuming) . They have no upgrades , lets not forget that ... they do not really say how to place your army , because when you develop , then you have personal choices how to place them to be honest..

It's an outdated and antique history - nowadays battles have a very different settings and behavior. Unfortunately I haven't heard of any calculator, since there are too much factors to take in the account.
