    General Information:

    Bashing rule was removed from game rules 5 years ago.
    It was a simple rule applied to everyone in the same way. If you were reported you were banned, losing time from playing the game. Army scattered, resources on the way returned. This involved GOs that had to check the number of attacks in 24 hours, decide if they are according to game rules or not.
    After removal of the rule, weak players have no protection. Godly mode does not count.
    What if there is another way to delay a little the big predators?

    What are you suggesting?

    An automatic way, no ban involved, but weak players have time to breathe between attacks.

    How will it change the interface/gameplay/battles/system?

    When player1 attacks player2 and pillages with more than a quarter of his ships, six times no matter on what town, there will be a delay of 24 hours before the seventh attack. The game will prevent him from attacking in this "cool down" time. After this delay counter resets.
    Waves do not count only finalized pillages.
    Naval attacks do not count as usually they occupy the port for a long time. Travel time for navy is too big already.
    Inactive or banned accounts do not follow this rule.

    Suggestion Reason:

    Some players do not stop attacking others because they can, they are stronger and no rule prevent that. Weak player cannot develop after getting out of godly protection mode.

    Special Notes:
    Time and number of attacks may differ, this was just a suggestion of a way to introduce a delay between attacks.
