It is okay for three hours.
It was not about my internet connection because everything was work great, only ikariam didn't work.

has happend samething to me but in League of legends, i found out that it was the connection between my internet and their server, so the answer on your question is i think it was slow request from their server or your internet sent it slowly to Gameforge server!
it can depends on many different things, much trafic data transports that way or it's hurted or overall slow! -
I have the same on both English and Danish servers.
I'm like 99% certain this is because I'm in Australia. So if you're based far away from the servers that might be the reason. Not that I'm a networking expert, quite the opposite.
