I mean when you sell any materials in Trading post, this screen is opening
Minumum Price // Sell
- Number - /////- Number - (max)
So example if I write minumum price number 7, whats happening? -
Go to trading post, click Create Offer when you plan to sell. There is a limit - minimum and maximum price there.
The minimum price and the maximum price is set by the system depends on trade goods inquiry average within the server. Therefore you can choose the price in-between minimum or maximum, or the lowest/highest price given by the system.

It would been cool if you could manage the price on your own and against others, for example alliance members can buy it for 1gold/recourse and others maybe need to pay 30gold/recourse but it could be hard to manage!
You are wanting that trading post would return to old selling system, where you could sell resources 1-99 gold, but even then you weren't allowed to sell resources less than 3 gold/resource and high costs weren't allowed to (don't remember exactly how high), other wise you where banned for pushing.

But then other peoples can still buy it and steal it! for the same price
-
If someone buys it, they are not stealing it.
If you want to sell to a specific player, make a Trade Treaty with them. Notify them before you post your goods, and wait for their response. Post them, and they buy them. Your goods will be locked until that player can collect them. Then cancel the Trade Treaty if you don't want it to be permanent. Both sides will get their Diplomacy Points back.
This is from the helpful Help System:
Trade Treaty
A [Trade] Treaty is only possible if you have researched Market (Seafaring) and can only be offered by players who have also researched this topic. A Trade Treaty also allows you the mutual right of first refusal at your Trading Posts. This means that as soon as you accept an offer in the one of your partners' Trading Posts, that the goods will be reserved for you and cannot be snatched away by anyone else.
A trade treaty costs both parties 2 diplomacy points.
