Putting rules for battle in ikariam is dumb , this is an open world game , the skill to catch your enemy despite him running and hiding is a huge part of it , strict battle is what you want because ,just a single member of your alliance has that skill and the rest can only wait and press a button to send all your troops in, you can't just invite all your members to bring everything they have at 50:50 and expect us to fight
We fight when we want and when it suits us, no terms no conditions given by you can change it , so just chill and continue attacking TBN for offensive points
