I find it difficult to believe that there are so many players who wish to replay this (admittedly potentially great) game when there are so many other great games that deserve to be played.

As I previously stated on another thread - this is akin to experiencing National Groundhog Day. It makes no sense at all - even financially speaking as each new server must carry a cost of its own ....

you mean like they did about 2 years ago cause the server were dieng out and it cost them most of there player base the first time around. They gotta stop opening up servers. merge the servers in to one world and end the mutli account bull if they wanna truly fix the game. No more than 3 servers anymore OR just one server a year. or every other year.

Sorry, new servers will be opened as long as they bring the highest incomes (even if it's only for a short term). Nothing we (team) or you (players) can change.

We can't give you heads up about that as no specific time has been given.

Looking at the previous openings, one would suggest keeping an eye opened around 14.00 - 15.00, but they also took place at 10.30. Again, this is no official statement - just hypothesis.

This is a good start - but hopefully the first of several new (and fairly basic for Gameforge to implement) features.

So new server starts. Is good for bout 3 months. player base dies off another new server opens up. Old servers get neglected. Old servers get merged. new servers start up and the cycle continues?

Yeap, as long as a lot of players still continue to register and spend tons of money for the new servers.
